精品——大明宣德青花云龙纹大罐

明朝宣德时期为中国史上有名的太平盛世,更是御瓷生产的鼎盛时代。宣德帝爱好艺术,对制瓷技术亦产生正面影响,又因皇帝对青花瓷情有独锺,故宣德年间出产的青花瓷质量精巧,一直是其后明清官窑参考仿制的样本,至今仍为鑑藏家所倾慕。此「明宣德青花五爪云龙纹大罐」,完美呈现明朝宣德年间的精湛御瓷造工,形态古朴典雅,釉汁光滑莹润,青花发色浓艳青翠。此罐上所绘的青花云龙纹,矫健传神,龙身刚劲有力,神态生动威猛。值得注意的是,此大罐上所绘为五爪龙,凸显其御瓷地位。纽约大都会博物馆及东京出光美术馆各藏有一纹饰甚为相近之宣德款云龙纹大罐,但上绘纹饰俱为三爪云龙,而此大罐绘有五爪云龙纹的至今可说是独一无二。

此罐唇口、直颈、鼓腹、浅圈足,器内外施釉,圈足及底无釉,通体绘青花纹饰,口沿外侧绘云朵纹,肩部绘四兽面纹,中间书“大明宣德年制”楷书横款,腹部画一条五爪回龙游戏于云朵间,龙作回首状,睁眉瞠目,炬眼炯炯,张牙舞爪,刚劲有力,胫部绘一圈莲瓣纹,青花发色浓艳青翠,浓处有铁锈斑痕。

宣窑多被鉴赏家认为是中国青花制作的高峰,而宣德龙纹的描绘以矫健生动著称。本件宣德青花大罐所绘龙纹即体现了这样的特点,与此龙形相近似者见于美国波士顿美术馆收藏的南宋陈容《四龙图》与《九龙图》中,可见宣德官窑御瓷亦受古画的影响。这类大罐一般是宫殿陈设之用,与其可参照的两件是署“大明宣德年制”“御用监造”款的掐丝珐琅龙纹大盖罐,一件藏于英国大英博物馆,另一件为Pierre Uldry珍藏。

Two of its reference pieces are the large lid pot of silk coiled enamel with dragon pattern in the "Emperor's Supervision of the Year of Xuande in the Ming Dynasty". One is kept in the British Museum in Britain, and the other is from Pierre Uldry's collection.
